Return Policy

U.S. Returns
Tallix offers returns on all full-price merchandise for U.S. customers within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note there is a restocking fee of $10 that will be deducted from your refund.

Please ensure any items that you are returning are unworn, unwashed and returned in the original travel case. Tallix reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

To initiate a return, please contact atyourservice@talli.com and specify what item(s) you are returning. Our team will send via email a USPS Ground return label.

Once your return is prepared, you can drop it at any USPS location or leave it with your mailman/doorman. All returns are shipped back via USPS Ground to our warehouse in Virginia. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to arrive at our warehouse. Delivery dates may vary depending on where you are shipping your return from.

Please do not send a return to our mailing address in Beverly Hills.

Once your return is delivered, please allow 2-3 business days for us to inspect and process the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your original form of payment.

International Returns
Tallix accepts international returns. All fees are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate an international return, please contact atyourservice@tallix.com.

Tallix does not offer exchanges on the original style(s) purchased. If you would like to purchase a new style, a new order must be placed. If you are not happy with your original purchase, please follow the return policy within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you.

International Exchanges
Tallix does not offer exchanges on international orders.
